This beautifully decorated and recently updated 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhouse offers the perfect setting for family gatherings and getaways with friends. With a spacious layout, cozy mountain touches, and a prime location just minutes from downtown Breckenridge, you’ll feel right at home the moment you arrive.
The open main level is designed for comfort and connection, featuring a warm and inviting living room with a gas fireplace, a dining area with seating for six, and a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar for four. Whether you're cooking a family meal or relaxing after a day on the slopes, this space makes it easy to gather and unwind. Step outside onto the large private deck and soak in the 5-person hot tub, the perfect way to end a day of mountain adventure.
The kitchen offers ample counter space and an open design, making entertaining simple and enjoyable. The living room also includes a queen sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space.
Upstairs, the primary suite features a king bed, private balcony, and a spacious en-suite bathroom, creating a peaceful retreat. The lower level includes two additional bedrooms:
One bedroom with a king bed and full bathroom
One bedroom with a bunk bed (queen on bottom, twin on top) and access to a full bathroom
A washer and dryer are included for convenience, and the thoughtful layout makes this home ideal for multiple families or groups traveling together.

The townhouse is just three blocks from downtown Breckenridge and the Quicksilver Chairlift (Base of Peak 9) and sits directly on the free Breckenridge Free Ride shuttle route, making it easy to get to the slopes, Main Street, and other mountain activities without needing to drive. The property includes a one-car garage and one additional outdoor parking space (no additional parking available at Village Point).
Alpine Meadows partners with a professional housekeeping company to ensure the home is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to every arrival, so you can enjoy a comfortable and worry-free stay.

Winter Vehicle Requirements
4WD or AWD vehicles are strongly recommended during winter months due to snow and ice on driveways and roadways. No refunds will be issued for improper vehicles.
High Altitude Notice
This home sits at approximately 9,600 feet, so guests should be prepared for high alpine conditions year-round and take proper precautions for altitude.
Colorado Traction Law
From September through May 31, all drivers on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero must comply with Colorado’s traction law. Vehicles must have AWD/4WD with snow-rated tires, winter tires, chains, or approved traction devices. No refunds will be issued for improper vehicles.

Week in Breckenridge

We had a great time. The townhome was well equipped with kitchen essentials. Staff was friendly and responsive. Hot tub was an added plus after a day of skiing. Not a far walk to quicksilver lift but with kids was a little to far to walk to the lift.

Great Property

This was a great property. We had everything we had hoped for in this rental. The kitchen is fully stocked. Bathrooms are remodeled and clean. The hot tub was awesome but hard to close. The location was perfect.

Winter Stay Before Christmas

Great location to stay. Walkable distance from downtown. Easy bus access for skiing/snowboarding (Gray South route). Nice place with good size for my family of 5. Stayed warm during the extreme drop in temperature during our stay without any problems.

Wonderful Place

The place was clean and comfortable. Had everything you need for a vacation home. The hot tub was wonderful! The fire place added great ambience. The only thing was there was no bathroom on main floor. My husband has a hard time doing stairs and that made it a little harder. The home is located to everything. My children had a wonderful time. Definitely will be coming back!!

Village Point 101 fit our needs perfectly. There were 6 of us and we all had plenty of room --nice to have 3 bathrooms and the master suite was huge. The description seemed accurate, the property was very clean and nicely furnished. Close to bus stop and downtown. Enjoyed our stay.

The condo was clean, well maintained, and in a great location. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms stocked with good quality towels. My only complaint was the master bedroom sliding glass doors did not have a screen. Being mid July we would have liked to have left the doors open. Also, there was no ceiling fan. Other than that it was a great place.

Amazing week, very appreciative

We had 3 couples and 2 friends that all stayed together here and we couldn’t have been happier. The house was immaculate when we walked in and had everything we needed to cook 3 meals a day for 8 people and more than enough space for everyone to be happy! Hot tub and grill were such a great addition for a ski week. Location was awesome too only being a 5 minute walk to the lift each day. This house felt very comfortable from the moment we stepped in until we left. Hannah Kopicky was so great to work with, she kept us updated on all the COVID rules and regulations of town so we always knew what to expect. She made check in and check out so easy it made having a big group way less stressful!! We will definitely be back!!!

Great Ski Getaway

We stayed at the beginning of February for a quick ski getaway. My 2 (nearly grown) kids said this was the nicest place we've ever rented for a ski vacay. It was located close enough to the slopes to walk, was clean, roomy, easy to get access and lovely. We looked all over for a private hot tub, due to covid so many places had to close access to their hot tubs. This home had a great private hot tub that we enjoyed every day after hitting the slopes! Just a great condo!

Wonderful Condo

The three of us loved the condo. Location was convenient to the free bus line and downtown. Spacious and clean and kitchen was well stocked. Wonderful to have a garage to park in and to have our own hot tub on the deck. Twin beds downstairs were not comfortable and could use being replaced. Other beds were great. Management company was great to work with both prior to and during our stay. Enjoyed shopping and restaurants and museums in the area. The scenery was spectacular.

Great Stay

The condo was perfect for our group. The condo is spacious and the layout, with 3 floors, two bedrooms downstairs, the master bedroom upstairs and living space between, provided privacy. The kitchen was fully equipped with plenty if pots and pans and utensils. Bring your own oil, spices, etc as there are none provided. It was also nice to have a hot tub on the deck.

Beautiful Place!

Recently renovated townhouse was beautiful with a great location for an easy walk to town. Bus stop to slopes was close by too. The only two issues were the noise from the road, which is right next to the place, was loud. It was only an issue in the master, but the street noise made it difficult to sleep. Also, the mattresses were old and quite uncomfortable in the master and the room with the twin beds.

Breckenridge Family Christmas

Overall a beautiful townhouse. Close to town. Very clean. We enjoyed our stay. One exception which brings our "star" quality down to a 4 is that the townhouse stated it sleeps 8. However, the fold out sofa bed was HORRIBLE! No one could sleep on it. When I told the rental company their response was that we could "rent" a rollaway bed! Unacceptible! This unit only sleeps 6....not 8.

We really appreciate the feedback! Thank you for taking the time to send us your review. We since have had the had the homeowner purchase a new mattress for the sleeper sofa for all future guests. We don't have spare sleeper sofa mattresses on hand, we apologize for the uncomfortable inconvenience! We certainly hope to see you again next time especially now that there is a new mattress in place!

Nice Place, Good Location

This is a very nice place, within comfortable walking distance of Peak 9 and to restaurants and shops (less than 1 mile). The front door lock is very difficult to open and lock and could use some attention. A few light bulbs out. Other than that, perfect.

Village Point 101 Review

Everything was great including customer service. However, we were told we would be able to check into the house at 4:00pm. We arrived at 4:00 and the cleaning company as well as the prior tenants were still present at the property. Also more toilet paper was necessary and detergent for the washer would be nice

Thank you for your review!  we were so sorry that the last guests didnt leave on thime causing our cleners to be running late. That is never a fun situation to deal with and we strive to not let it happen. We are glad it worked out well after that!

Breck trip!!

Our rental was very nice, clean and convenient. Easy walk to town for dinner and shopping. It could use however a grill and deck furniture and some new bedroom pillow, but that was so minor. The management staff was so easy to work with and made sure anything we needed was taken care of ASAP!!! We would recommend this condo and management company.

The Condo was wonderful and the location was great. The availability for help was good. Staff very friendly. The only problem encountered was the water in the upstairs bathroom (Master Bedroom) was cold. There was hot water issues. The lower level was fine.

Great Stay at Village Point

We had a lovely stay at Village Point. The place was clean, kitchen was well-stocked. THe only problem was that we were unable to immediately get ahold of someone to locate the power box (we blew a fuse). The next day, the staff could not have been friendlier and we definitely got well compensated for our problem. I will 100% book a rental with your company again in the future!

Comfy place, great location

This was a great place for our family to stay - large enough for several families and in a great location for all of the Breckenridge summer fun. It was very clean and well managed. When cooking meals for a large group we found the kitchen was a little short of convenience items such as a vegetable peeler, large knives, and large skillet, but nothing we couldn't work around. Overall a great place!
