Great Location and Layout

Great location in Frisco, less than 2 minutes from I-70 and a 5 minute walk to main street. Unit was clean and had a nice layout for our party of 6. Master and loft spaces are large and accommodating. Heated garage was a nice plus. Hot tub was well maintained and provided a nice after ski soak. The negatives: Kitchen is crowded for more than two cooks, so we did most of our prep work at the bar. There were only 7 forks and 7 spoons, so this made meals for 8 interesting. The furniture on is very dated and worn. The easy chairs in the living room had holes in the arms from years of use. While very similar in layout, the photos in the listing are not of the unit rented. The furnishings and decorations are different and a little more dated. All in all, we would stay here again as the value and location offset the condition of the property.

So Close, Yet...

We stayed in Unit F. From the signage, it looks like the management company manages Units A-G. No idea if they are all rentals or not. The photos online did not completely match our unit when we arrived - but were not horribly off. They showed a mirrored floor plan, different paint colors, slightly different furniture, etc. First the pros - fantastic location, loved not having anyone stay above or below us, quiet complex, nice floor plan, plenty of elbow room, nice sized bedrooms, each bedroom had its own bath, the loft was a great space, plenty of parking, attached garage, nice outdoor spaces, in-unit washer and dryer, and a private hot tub. Next the cons: The floors in the front part of the main level were horribly uneven/sunken in places (part of the kitchen, the entry hallway and half bath). It was disconcerting -- and felt downright unsafe near the toilet in the half bath. (For this reason alone we are likely to not stay here again nor recommend the property.) The carpets/area rugs (especially main floor/stairs) were in need of cleaning and/or replacement. Other notes: Some of the furniture had been updated, others not, but it was okay. Older appliances, but they worked fine. The unit has the smallest hot water heater I've ever seen. It worked great, but you do have to plan showers around it if you've got multiple people all trying to get ready at the same time. This property has so many positives. But the floors.... unfortunately, they're just a deal killer for us returning here.

Spacious

This rental easily had room for a group of seven. The decor is a bit dated, but we found it to be clean and spacious. We used the hot tub. It worked great! Only reason that I didn’t give a full five stars is the dated decor, but the overall value was great.

Perfection!

This property was absolutely perfect for our first visit to Colorado! Our three teens each had their own beds and plenty of bathrooms. The girls loved the third floor loft and everyone enjoyed the hot tub, even in -2 degree weather! Our backyard was a wonderland of fun where we built snowmen, had snowball fights, took gorgeous pictures in the trees and watched the full moon shine down on us at night. The fireplace kept us warm and the kitchen had everything we needed. We had two days of snowfall - the driveway and streets were almost immediately plowed which made us Floridian drivers feel much safer! It was a short drive to Main Street and also the downtown area. We could have walked to Main Street but were feeling pretty cold so we drove as parking is very easily accessed down there. The girls and I went into every single shop and took hundreds of gorgeous photos in the beautiful "Hallmark Movie" town of Frisco! Thank you for providing such a wonderful place at such a reasonable price!

Our stay in Baldy town home

Was very good, we found the kitchen very well stocked, amazing view, brilliant internet connection, good location. However if you don't have a car its a little long on the bus ride up but thats no problem. A little cramped with more than 6 people but overall very good.
