Beautiful and spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo located in the charming historic district of Breckenridge. Only a short walk to Main Street or the free bus shuttle stop. One indoor garage parking spot (over sized vehicles may not fit). One outside parking spot allowed for 2 vehicles max. There is a gas fireplace in the large living room with space for everyone! Flat screen TVs with cable in each bedroom and the living room, DVD, Free wireless Internet. The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for dining in with the family. Onsite laundry facility, located in south side of garage. Shared, coin operated machines.
After the day's adventures on the mountain either skiing, hiking or biking relax in the hot tub or take a dip in the pool in the newly remodeled club house.
Alpine Meadows works closely with a professional housekeeping company. Our home is completely cleaned and disinfected prior to arrival.
**Important to know before arriving to Breckenridge: **
4WD or AWD vehicles are required in the winter; snow and ice will be on all surfaces including driveways and roadways - no refunds will be granted for improper vehicles. This home is near 10,000 Ft. please plan for high alpine environment conditions all year.
**COLORADO TRACTION LAW**: September- May 31 of each year, all drivers on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero will be required to adhere to the traction law, which requires vehicles to have either four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive with snow or mud+snow-rated tires, or specialized winter tires, chains or other traction devices for cars with two-wheel drive. Ensure you have the correct equipment when driving in Colorado. Please be sure to mention your destination and traction law when renting a vehicle. Alpine Meadows will not refund for improper vehicles.
NO PETS ALOWED. Certified service animals are allowed. Support animals will only be accommodated if a letter from a doctor or therapist is provided. You must notify the front desk that you have a service/support animal upon arrival. Guests that do not register the service or emotional support animal with the front desk will be charged $150.00 per day plus an extra cleaning fee.

Longbranch Condo in Breckenridge

This condo is managed by Alpine Meadows Management group. We had a tiny issue checking in on a Sunday. We needed the key code to get in. There was a key box at the door that we tried to use.When we called the “on call” manager( because the office is closed on Sunday) we were given the key code. Management responsed quickly to our questions or concerns. There is a parking garage and I encourage you to use it. There is an elevator and luggage carriers to get you to your level. From outside the complex there is on street parking but there are metal steps that you will need to use to carry your luggage and groceries. Use the garage, it’s much easier.The Condo is a short walk to Main St and The purple bus line picks you up at the corner of the Condo. The condo itself is clean and appears as on the VRBO website. There is a limited view of the mountain, but you can see a few peaks. Better views from higher levels. The kitchen is well appointed with plenty of utensils and appliances. Beds were very comfortable and there is a Murphy bed if needed. The TV has a parental lock on it so you can not log into any premium apps such as Prime and Hulu. We used our computer to watch movies( we did ask management to check with the owner to access the pin #, but did not get that access pin#). It’s a very nice and comfy condo. We enjoyed our stay and the management team is very responsive. We would stay again.

GREAT PLACE TO STAY

We stayed for 9 nights, the arrival was not easy b we arrived at night due to a storm, I would appreciate a smart lock. The location is perfect to go out and explore the town and to go to the gondola, there is a bus stop half a block away and a supermarket two blocks away. The kitchen is well equipped. the only thing that didn't work was the fireplace and we felt a lot of dryness in the environment, there are some humidifiers but we couldn't turn them on. The staff was very friendly. I recommend it and would surely rent it again.

Nice spot, but views don't match advertisement

Warning: "views" from the patio and living room are not actual images from the unit. This is a first floor unit, that does look towards the mountains, but you really see an alley, the back of several homes, and the peaks above their roof. Overall this is a nice place to stay. Unit was clean and well located for a lot of Breckenridge activities.

Our Week in a winter wonderland

Every time I reached out to Alpine meadows with questions prior to our trip they answered very quickly! The condo was very clean and very nice! Well stocked kitchen , even had a crockpot which we were able to make soups in several days! This condo is in a great location to walk to town and the gondola! Loved the big windows especially the window seat in living room that my granddaughter and I could sit and watch the snow fall! Don’t skip over this unit for your trip! Only downside was you could hear the people upstairs every step! But I would still rent this place again. Very clean! Comfortable beds, nice having 2 baths and the fireplace was amazing on the cold days and to help dry our ski clothes!

Very well maintained. Clean property. During our stay check in and check out was simple. Only recommendation would to supply renters with two sets of house keys. We only received one set upon check in.

Winter Break

Our Condo was clean and comfortable with plenty of room. The indoor parking facility was nice for avoiding the snow and cold temperatures. I have a large vehicle so navigating the tight spaces was a challenge at times. The only complaint that I can come up with is that you could here every step the people upstairs took. I don't know that there is any fix for that problem just part of the building you have to deal with. everything considered we had an excellent experience with our stay in Breckenridge. You were close enough to walk to anything in town.

Great place, great value

This was a very convenient, very nice rental experience. I gave it an overall 4/5 due to parking. We met friends there, so we each had a car, but there is only one guaranteed space. Street parking on our Saturday evening arrival became available after driving around for about 45 minutes. Loud people returning from a night out could be heard throughout the night as well. After Saturday, it got a lot better. Walking to the Breck gondola is super easy. The kitchen and master bathroom were beautiful, out friends had no complaints with there room and common bath. A washer and dryer in the unit would have helped raise the rating too. Coin op laundry is available just off the garage.
We value you as a guests and appreciate your feedback. Over holiday weekends we can get some rowdy people in town. We are glad they calmed down after Saturday for you. Thank you for choosing LongBranch 116 and Alpine Meadows.

January 2020 Breck getaway

Condo was clean and stocked with plenty of cook ware and dinnerware . Condo sleeps 6 comfortably. The view has been blocked because someone is building a house directly off the only balcony but you only need to walk outside to see the beautiful mountains. The location is great! Just a very short walk to Main Street. We as a group will definitely return to this condo for our next trip. Check in was easy and check out was easy. There is a heated garage for parking. Laundry facilities in the garage.

I would recommend the property under certain conditions. There was plenty of dog hair in the unit and the windows were dirty from a dog scratching at the windows. The outside of the windows were very dirty both the windows and the sliding glass door. The windows did not have a screen in them representing a hazard if children were in the unit and parents opened the windows for ventilation. We did not lift the windows since there were bats in the area-saw one in the parking garage. The oscillating fans were noisy especially the one in the non-master room. I would blow the blinds in and out of the window frame making it had to sleep over the banking. Kitchen was nicely stocked. Garage was very nice to have even in the summer. Location was great! Bathrooms were very nice. I would also had another blanket. The comforter was too hot so we removed it and used the one blanket. Both bedrooms need a blanket. Bed very comfortable. With the windows in the bedrooms open the noise from people coming and going late at night was an issue. The door lock to the unit needed to be adjusted which staff took care of. Also had to call in the TV provider to fix up the reception issues.

Great downtown location.

Perfect locale for walking to all Main Street businesses and the gondola. View of the mountains was unbeatable over the city. If you go in the summer, understand there is no air-conditioning or fans. Off street parking was nice and right behind the condo. We had a great time and would stay again if in the area.

Kitchen facility poor. Non working appliances, washing machine, heaters. On a noisy street with lots of late night walkers. The view was great. as was but the condo itself needs work and supplies.

Check In Could Use Improvement

Check in procedures were very vague which led to a lot of confusion upon arrival at 10 pm. Paper work was also not in the lock box at the office which led to a call to the night manager. Detailed instructions via e-mail would have solved many of our issues. Property was great though.

Great condo, a little noisy

The rental unit itself was beautiful and we were very pleased with it. The location was convenient to Main Street. The only problem was the noise at night. With our windows open for air, we could hear the many party-ers going up and down the street all night. In the winter, it might be much quieter! 😉
