This cozy retreat is adorned with rustic mountain decor, immersing you in the authentic Rocky Mountain atmosphere. The condo features two spacious bedrooms, each with a luxurious king bed and an attached bathroom, making it an ideal choice for families or small groups of friends. The modern kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, elegant countertops, and all the essential cooking utensils, perfect for those who enjoy dining in. Step out onto the expansive balcony to soak up the sunshine and marvel at the breathtaking views of the Ten Mile Range. The clubhouse, open daily from 10am to 10pm, offers an indoor heated pool, large hot tub and a sauna, perfect for relaxation after a day of adventure. Parking is convenient with one designated garage space (note that oversized vehicles will not fit) and an additional outdoor parking spot, accommodating up to two vehicles. For your convenience, coin-operated washers and dryers are available on-site, located off the garage near the south side elevator. Please note, no pets are allowed. Certified service animals are welcome, and support animals can be accommodated with a letter from a doctor or therapist. Be sure to notify the front desk of any service or support animals upon arrival to avoid a $150.00 per day fee plus an extra cleaning charge for unregistered animals. Great condo, close to town and gondola
We really enjoyed staying here. The beds were very comfortable, the place was very cozy and had everything we needed. love the location as it’s a quick, five minute walk to town iand maybe a six minute walk to the gondola, it was perfect for us.
