The main bedroom has a queen bed with an attached bathroom, along with a second bedroom featuring twin beds and its own bathroom. Downstairs, an open floor plan; featuring a fully equipped kitchen, spacious dining area, inviting living room with a fireplace and sleeper sofa, plus access to your own private deck or patio. On the Free Bus Route. 2 blocks to Carter Park where there are tennis courts and an Epic sledding hill.
NO PETS ALOWED. Certified service animals are allowed.
Support animals will only be accommodated if a letter from a doctor or therapist is provided. You must notify the front desk that you have a service/support animal upon arrival. Owners and Guests that do not register the service or emotional support animal with the front desk will be charged $150.00 per day plus an extra cleaning fee.

Casual, clean, great in town location

We have stayed at the French Ridge condos several times. They are in a great location, just a block away from town. If you are skiing, it is a 5 minute walk to the slopes or there is a bus stop in front of the complex. J2 and the other units we have rented have always been clean and well equipped. The management has always been helpful too.

Best accommodations in town

The town home we stayed in was better than what we expected, clean, well stocked, comfortable and close to everything in Breck. The staff was attentative to our every need and was helpful with directions and information about events in the community and about getting to the slopes to ski.
