French Ridge includes 24 units, most of which are two stories (3 are garden level units), providing ample space for relaxation and entertainment. The main bedroom has a queen bed with an attached bathroom, along with a second bedroom featuring twin beds and its own bathroom. Downstairs, an open floor plan; featuring a fully equipped kitchen, spacious dining area, inviting living room with a fireplace and sleeper sofa, plus access to your own private deck or patio. The location and proximity to everything in Breckenridge is what makes French Ridge the best choice. One block to Main Street. On the Free Bus Route. 2 blocks to Carter Park where there are tennis courts and an Epic sledding hill.
NO PETS ALOWED. Certified service animals are allowed.
Support animals will only be accommodated if a letter from a doctor or therapist is provided. You must notify the front desk that you have a service/support animal upon arrival. Owners and Guests that do not register the service or emotional support animal with the front desk will be charged $150.00 per day plus an extra cleaning fee.

Another Excellent Stay in Breckenridge

We have rented a unit in French Ridge, downtown Breck and managed by Alpine Meadows, almost 12 years. The experience has always been very positive. Nice accommodations and extremely friendly staff. I usually rent in the Fall or Spring, so the rates are much better than during ski season.

Amazing stay

We stayed here for 5 days and it couldn’t have been a better and more relaxing vacation. The home game with all the essentials to make our stay easy and stress free . Only thing I can recommend is offering a humidifier for the home due to how dry the weather can get.

Wonderful time in Breckenridge

This was a great location for a rental in Breckenridge. The staff was helpful, and dealt with our numerous requests with a smile. It was a comfortable unit. And I would rent again there anytime. A few suggestions to make it even greater: space between oven and cooking utensils drawer could be revised so both can be opened individually, think of a space to put skis and hooks for coats (behind the stairs?). Dishwasher needs some care or replacement.

Relaxing vacation

We enjoyed our stay as it was easy to walk to most of the places we went. The rental was very comfortable. We shared the rental with another couple and there was plenty of room so everyone had their own space if they wanted it.
