Each unit boasts modern amenities, including a washer/dryer for added convenience. Step inside to find simple, mountain-modern design and furnishings creating a cozy and inviting ambiance for your mountain getaway. French Ridge includes 24 units, most of which are two stories (3 are garden level units), providing ample space for relaxation and entertainment. The main bedroom has a queen bed with an attached bathroom, along with a second bedroom featuring twin beds and its own bathroom. Downstairs, an open floor plan; featuring a fully equipped kitchen, spacious dining area, inviting living room with a fireplace, and access to your own private deck or patio. The location and proximity to everything in Breckenridge is what makes French Ridge the best choice. One block to Main Street. On the Free Bus Route. 2 blocks to Carter Park where there are tennis courts and an Epic sledding hill.
NO PETS ALOWED. Certified service animals are allowed.
Support animals will only be accommodated if a letter from a doctor or therapist is provided. You must notify the front desk that you have a service/support animal upon arrival. Owners and Guests that do not register the service or emotional support animal with the front desk will be charged $150.00 per day plus an extra cleaning fee.

Super-clean 2br townhouse with breathtaking mountain views
My children & I stayed at J2 in late August. The townhouse was very clean and well stocked with dishes, cookware, etc - all in great shape, as were the linens and towels. We loved the living room deck and the amazing mountain views from the LR and master bedroom. Bathrooms are small but well-maintained and also very clean. Great wifi and great in-town location. We loved this place and can't wait to return to another French Ridge condo!

Ski Trip to Breckenridge

I was the first of my party to arrive with my fellow travelers arriving later in the evening. As a result, I had a lot of unloading to do including ski equipment, luggage, supplies, etc....A member of the maintenance crew immediately offered to help me and in a few minutes we had it all done. The unit was nice, well furnished and very comfortable. Everyone we came in contact with was friendly and helpful; especially Hannah and Kim in the office.
We really enjoyed having you as a guest at French Ridge! We are thankful for your review as we think our staff is really great! Thank you for taking a moment to review your stay and we hope you will return next year for another ski trip!

The condo was clean and well equipped, good quality pots and pans, comfortable beds, good views of the ski slopes, would stay there again. It was not real handy to get to the gondola, but a short walk to the bus stops.

Perfect location with easy access to shops, restaurants and lifts. Nice open main living area with bedrooms in back of condo. Really a nice spot!
