Each unit boasts modern amenities, including a washer/dryer for added convenience. French Ridge includes 24 units, most of which are two stories (3 are garden level units), providing ample space for relaxation and entertainment. The main bedroom has a queen bed with an attached bathroom, along with a second bedroom featuring twin beds and its own bathroom. Downstairs, an open floor plan; featuring a fully equipped kitchen, spacious dining area, inviting living room with a fireplace, and access to your own private deck or patio. The location and proximity to everything in Breckenridge is what makes French Ridge the best choice. One block to Main Street. On the Free Bus Route. 2 blocks to Carter Park where there are tennis courts and an Epic sledding hill.
NO PETS ALOWED. Certified service animals are allowed.
Support animals will only be accommodated if a letter from a doctor or therapist is provided. You must notify the front desk that you have a service/support animal upon arrival. Owners and Guests that do not register the service or emotional support animal with the front desk will be charged $150.00 per day plus an extra cleaning fee.

Great location, view, parking! Clean and spacious. Only down side was not stocked with anything more than a few pans and some dinnerware. Had to make several stops at the store, that was just across the street for quite a few things. Management was very nice and helpful. Would stay here again!

Our stay was just perfect. Location was the absolute best part. Everything you could possible want to do was within walking distance, which was perfect for us without a vehicle. Came in late, so check-in threw me off a little because our condo was switched, but it worked out fine.

REAL NICE. WE DID NOT HAVE ANY FIRE STARTERS FOR THE FIRE PLACE THAT WE HAD IN THE LAST FEW YEARS. LUCKELY THE STORE ACROSS THE CORNER HAD SOME. WE LIKE TO STAY HERE FOR THE LOCATION. ONE AND A HALF BLOCKS FROM MAIN STREET AND STORE ACROSS THE CORNER.

Great location! One block to downtown shops and restaurants and a quick walk to the Quicksilver lift on Peak 9. The management was very nice, condo was clean and ready on time. We even borrowed sleds and walked over to Carter Park for an afternoon of sledding! We would definitely stay here again. 🙂
