French Ridge includes 24 units, most of which are two stories (3 are garden level units), providing ample space for relaxation and entertainment. The main bedroom has a queen bed with an attached bathroom, along with a second bedroom featuring twin beds and its own bathroom. Downstairs, an open floor plan; featuring a fully equipped kitchen, spacious dining area, inviting living room with a fireplace, and access to your own private deck or patio. On the Free Bus Route. 2 blocks to Carter Park where there are tennis courts and an Epic sledding hill.

Support animals will only be accommodated if a letter from a doctor or therapist is provided. You must notify the front desk that you have a service/support animal upon arrival. Owners and Guests that do not register the service or emotional support animal with the front desk will be charged $150.00 per day plus an extra cleaning fee.

Spring Break 2019

This location was perfect for our trip! Close to Main street and the bus stop was right outside the door. Wish the snow had been cleared from the front walk way so we could have used the front entry as designed for skis and gear. The oven was broken for 2 days which was very disappointing and cost us extra money to eat out while our food was sitting in the fridge! The amenities were basic and it could have been cleaned better. Lots of cobwebs in corners and above the stove. The faucet handle was broken and the kitchen supplies were limited, and no cleaning supplies at all. If you spilled something, you had dish soap only to clean it. If you don't use the kitchen much, then you will be fine. Only one water use can be used at a time, meaning, if you are taking a shower, no one else can use a sink, toilet, dishwasher, etc. There is absolutely no water pressure if multiple items are going. The washer and dryer were new and they were very nice! However, there was no room around the laundry area to store soap or supplies. The dresser in the kids room had broken drawers, but luckily we didn't need it. I would recommend this place, but you just have to know it is pretty basic. If you know what you are getting, you won't be disappointed. Again, the location was perfect!

We enjoyed our stay at French Ridge. Though not luxurious, our unit was clean, recently refurbished and comfortable. Parking was convenient--a great benefit considering that it's limited around town. The shuttle to the mountain was a few yards from our house, downtown Breck was 2 blocks and the on-site management office was helpful with directions. The washer/dryer were put to use most nights and were most essential, since we didn't pack much. The kitchen was a little small (refrigerator door couldn't open all the way, without hitting a cabinet and 2 people in the kitchen made it difficutlt to naviaget). But the kitchen was adequate. In past rentals elsewhere, we had a view of the mountain and a hot tub. We didn't miss the view, but we did miss the hot tub.
