Each unit boasts modern amenities, including a washer/dryer for added convenience. Step inside to find simple, mountain-modern design and furnishings creating a cozy and inviting ambiance for your mountain getaway. French Ridge includes 24 units, most of which are two stories (3 are garden level units), providing ample space for relaxation and entertainment. The main bedroom has a queen bed with an attached bathroom, along with a second bedroom featuring twin beds and its own bathroom. Downstairs, an open floor plan; featuring a fully equipped kitchen, spacious dining area, inviting living room with a fireplace, and access to your own private deck or patio. The location and proximity to everything in Breckenridge is what makes French Ridge the best choice. One block to Main Street. On the Free Bus Route. 2 blocks to Carter Park where there are tennis courts and an Epic sledding hill.
NO PETS ALOWED. Certified service animals are allowed.
Support animals will only be accommodated if a letter from a doctor or therapist is provided. You must notify the front desk that you have a service/support animal upon arrival. Owners and Guests that do not register the service or emotional support animal with the front desk will be charged $150.00 per day plus an extra cleaning fee.

Fabulous Breck vacation at French Ridge

This was our third year renting a French Ridge condo for our annual ski trip to Breckenridge. The 2BR unit with bedrooms upstairs is perfect for us with college and adult kids who all have different sleeping patterns. 100 yards to free shuttle to Peak 9, 2 minute walk to Main St, groceries around the corner or 5-minute drive to City Market is all we need. I've rented at several other places in town over 9 years and this is best value and favorite by far!

This condo was very nice and exactly as advertised. We especially enjoyed the excellent furnishings and very comfortable beds. It is very spacious and has everything you need for a great vacation. The location is also excellent.

Beautiful Long Weekend

Nice place - excellent location

This is a good basic condo in great shape and well-maintained. The free bus service to lifts stops right outside the front door of the unit. Restaurants, shopping, and grocery store are all within a couple of blocks of easy walking.

The wife and I enjoyed our stay at French Ridge operated by Alpine Meadows. We were a block from main street and we walked all over town to different restaurants and shops. we sat in front of the fireplace and could see the skiers coming down the slopes. Very relaxing.

Wonderful place and perfect location

Our family of four stayed at French Ridge for a week. The location was perfect and within walking distance to the lifts (Peak 9) and within walking distance to downtown for dinners. The townhouse was clean and complete with everything you need for the stay. There is a great park and sled hill right behind the unit. There is a grocery store (Whole Food's type) and liquor store right across the street which was convenient for stocking the refrigerator with food and drinks for the week. The property manager Jan was extremely helpful in organizing our stay and Hannah was super friendly upon check-in. We rented our ski equipment from Blue River Sports which was also within walking distance & on the way to peak 9. They allowed us to store our skis at their location which was nice to not have to carry it all daily. The staff was extremely helpful in fitting us for our skis and snowboards and their prices were great. We stayed during New Years week which was very busy, my suggestion would be to make dining reservations as soon as you can. Blue River Bistro was our favorite place and the Crepes a La Cart was wonderful once you got through waiting in the long line. Overall this trip was fabulous and a wonderful town to be in.
