Enjoy exclusive access to The Upper Village Pool, featuring indoor/outdoor swim areas and two hot tubs a few blocks away from the condo. Upper Village Pool Access (5 blocks away from the condo) @ 450 Village Rd. Breckenridge, CO Seasonal Access: Open Summer and Winter, please check for specific dates. Year-Round Adventure! Our studio condo is perfect for more than just skiing! When the snow melts, you can hear and see the beautiful Ten Mile Creek right outside your door. Professional Housekeeping
Alpine Meadows partners with a professional housekeeping company to ensure your home is completely cleaned and disinfected before your arrival.
Important Information:
Winter Vehicle Requirements: 4WD or AWD vehicles are essential in winter due to snow and ice on all surfaces. No refunds for improper vehicles.
High Altitude Conditions: This home is near 10,000 feet, so be prepared for high alpine environment conditions year-round.
Colorado Traction Law: From September to May 31, all drivers on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero must adhere to the traction law. Vehicles must have four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive with snow or mud+snow-rated tires, specialized winter tires, chains, or other traction devices. No refunds for improper vehicles.
Pet Policy: No pets allowed. Certified service animals are permitted. Support animals require a letter from a doctor or therapist and must be registered at the front desk upon arrival. Failure to register service or emotional support animals will result in a $150.00 per day fee plus an extra cleaning fee.

it was a pleasant surprise to see that the room was exactly like the picture provided. being on a hillside was quite a surprise but was manageable. Kim and staff were outstanding.

Great ski in with short walk to downtown and shorter walk to lift

We came to town to ski and enjoy downtown. We were very happy with the location of the rental! Very quaint with minimal stairs to climb.

The rental unit is in a great location! It was about 200 steps to the Snowflake Lift and a short walk into town where we shopped and grabbed coffee at one of the cafes. Just remember your return walk will be uphill! The unit was clean and as described. Plenty of towels and extra sheets. It’s very small / cozy, but perfect for two. The bed was too soft and kind of lumpy; not what I prefer. The comforter and throw pillows are kind of old and need updating, but not really a big deal to me. We had to use keys instead of using the keypad lock, and of course locked ourselves out once. A code to our unit would have been nice.. The office people were nice and helpful. We received an email with all of our checkin/out information and the process was easy. What mattered most to us was the location. I could not believe how close we were to the lift. It was perfect.

Alpine Meadows staff were all very nice, helpful, & accommodating. Even when I had to call the after hours emergency number because I locked myself out 😉 the rental was clean and cute, looked pretty much just like the pics. Would rent again.

Straight Forward Studio

The unit was in a great location. I was able to store my skis at Snowflake lift where I rented them. The unit was adequate. It was just fine for 1 person but any more would have been tight. I cooked in the unit. Had everything I needed. There wasn't much space to put my cloths and the furniture was a bit dated.

Perfect place for skiing! Ski direct to condo and a very short walk to the lift. Also for the evening a short walk to town. A good thing would be if the hot pool were close to the condo and some more storage room for the clothes.

Perfect for a couples weekend away!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Four O'clock Lodge! It was a short walk to the ski lift (less than 2 minutes), and we could ski back to the condo at the end of the day. Downtown is filled with shops and delicious places to eat, so after a long day of skiing, there are plenty of good places to enjoy your time. The condo itself was very cozy, well stocked, and has a very comfortable bed and lovely bathroom. It was perfect for the two of us.

Great Experience

My girlfriend and I spent 5 days in Breck and we are so glad we stayed at this lodge. The room is clean and cozy and it is in the perfect location next to peak 8 and the gondola. Did not experience any issues with noise as someone else mentioned in a previous review. We’ll be coming back next year and i will definitely stay here again. Thanks for the great experience!

Nice studio condo for one person.Affordable. Kitchen adequate. Bathroom nice(radiant heat in floor) Clean. Quiet building. Plenty of towels, kitchen stuff, etc. Close to Snowflake lift and town. Major downer icy driveway that you had to walk across in ski boots.

We absolutely loved the location with the convenience of being able to ski near the door to the room for lunch or for the last run for the day. Also, loved being a short walk to the snowflake lift to hit the slopes. The room was small, but for the two of us it worked out pretty well. The only issue we had was dealing with shortage of hot water on a couple of nights. Overall, we loved the stay and would not hesitate to stay at this location again.

Wonderful place

The unit was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The little couch isn't comfortable to sit on was the only negative, but we were there to ski, not sit on the couch. The location is about a 100 yards from the lift and about a 5 minute walk to main street. You can ski to the condo at the end of the day via the 4 o clock run. A great location and the price was very competitive. Would stay there again.

Breckenridge is an amazing town The suite was really good a good size for a couple only, everything you need. The location is amazon 150 Ft from the lift and ski store. Alpine medows was an amazing service everything excelente since the start int process to The end, i arrived a little late nigth to breck and my keys Were at The office box as they has told me.

Cozy convenience

From check-in to departure, Alpine Meadows went out of their way to make you feel at home. They even quickly dispatched someone when I locked the keys inside and showed up in minutes with a smile. Ski right down to the condo and walk about 100 yards (uphill) to the Snowflake Lift. The only thing missing was a coffee maker. Other than that, the kitchen was stocked.

Thank you for your review of the condo at the Four O'clock Lodge, we are so glad you enjoyed your stay. We have since put a coffee maker in the kitchen. We hope to see you for your next stay in Breckenridge.
