Relax, get cozy and feel comfortable in this 650 square foot 1 bedroom / 1 bath unit conveniently located at Four O'clock Lodge on Four O’clock Road. This nicely decorated condominium is just 10 minute walk to Main Street’s Blue River Plaza in the heart of downtown Breckenridge. The condo features convenient ski-in/almost ski-out access (Snowflake lift 100 yards away). Have fun skiing down Four O’clock run to the back of Four O'clock Lodge and then take the Snowflake chairlift back up the mountain. In the summer enjoy a variety of hiking and biking trails that begin around Four O’clock run. If you enjoy fishing, the Reservoir is a short hike up the Sawmill Reservoir trail located under the Snowflake lift. There is also a shuttle stop for the Town’s FREE RIDE public transportation service located nearby on Four O’clock Road.
The bedroom is nicely decorated in country style furniture with windows that look out onto Four O’clock run and has a new queen size pillow top mattress. In the living room there is a full-size sofa sleeper and a love seat where you can relax in the comfortable furnishings inside by a cozy fireplace. The unit includes two LED flat screen televisions and high-speed internet. There is a dining area off the kitchen with a dining room table and seating for four. The kitchen opens to the spacious living room and includes two bar stools at the breakfast bar that separates the kitchen from the family room. The kitchen has been recently updated with new countertops, sink, dishes and cookware. Enjoy the beautiful mountain views from the seating on the balcony.
Your stay includes use of the SEASONAL Upper Village Pool (open in Summer and Winter seasons). Upper Village community pool and hot tubs are located only 5 blocks away at 450 Village Rd. an easy walk or quick drive; Seasonal access to the Upper Village Hot Tub and Pool (8 min walk (0.4 mi) via Primrose Path and Village Rd.) or (1 min Drive (0.5 mi) via 4 O'clock Rd and South Park Avenue)
There is parking at the pool. There are shared, paid washers and dryers onsite.
Alpine Meadows works closely with a professional housekeeping company. The home is completely cleaned and disinfected prior to arrival.
NO PETS ALOWED. Certified service animals are allowed. Support animals will only be accommodated if a letter from a doctor or therapist is provided. You must notify the front desk that you have a service/support animal upon arrival. Guests that do not register the service or emotional support animal with the front desk will be charged $150.00 per day plus an extra cleaning fee.

Great Location but Noisy Upstairs

We stayed here a number of times. Location is perfected. Not concerned about it being a little outdated. It’s got everything you need and is warm and cozy in the winter. The only downside is the unit upstairs can be unbelievably loud. On numerous evenings the people upstairs walk/stomp around for hours. At the end of this trip it’s been so loud, we feel like we need to consider looking for a different rental in the future.

5/5 Absolutely Loved Our Stay!

This place is perfect for 2-3 people. My husband and I stayed with our 13 year old son and felt that it was the perfect size. It was a VERY short walk to the Snowflake lift. Once finished for the day, we would take the 4 O'clock run down with only a few steps to the door of the place. The hot tub and pool were easy to get to and had plenty of parking. You can also cut through the pretty woods and walk there. It was a short walk to the town. Once you walk down to the town, you are centrally located to everything. Some people mention that the place is outdated. I felt that it had interesting outdoor decor and I liked the outdated part of it. The only part I didn't like was the carpet in the bathroom. As a germaphobic nurse, this grossed me out. Finally, the balcony was nice for a cup of coffee in the morning with beautiful views! In the evening, enjoy a beer next to the fire. You can't go wrong with this place:)

Cozy and Comfortable

The condo was exactly as described. Clean, quiet and everything worked well. The kitchen was well organized and stocked. The bathroom has small upgrades not shown in the photo. Would stay again.

Time to remodel

Pro''s , ski in and walk 500 ft to ski out. But the unit is in need of remodel . Bathroom is stuck in 1972 , toilet seat with a carpeted bathroom with what ever the previous guest driped on it . The tub kept backing up when the above unit showered , hot tub located in another location . going on ski vacations for 25 years this was the worst property that I stayed at .

Good ski-in/out value

Pros: location, clean, well stocked kitchen. Cons: sofa bed not very comfortable. No 'standard' TV service; must use OnDemand or other pay service. Comfortable for two; 4 adults might find it a bit crowded. Overall: would stay here again.

Thank you for sending a review; we have replaced the sleeper sofas. Maybe making it better for 4people! The HoA does have basic cable.

Outdated condo in a great location

This is a condo that needs a few repairs, replace bathroom fan and kitchen faucet. Lubricate the sliding glass door (very hard to open) and fix the bedroom windows (not all open). The location is great, we walked to quite a few hikes and main street.

Great spot to hang out for a week and ski

super location close to town and across the street from the Snowflake lift. Ski home via 4-O'clock run at the end of the day. The kitchen is great, sofas are comfy, wifi works great, highly recommended.

Good location for skiing. Decent condo but bedroom heat was almost nonexistent. Had to sleep in front living room. Neighbors upstairs were very loud until midnight every night and sounded like they were herding Moose. Plus bathtub somehow back-filled with nasty water. I guess from the neighbor above draining theirs.

Great slope access.

This is a ski in and walk less than a block to the chair, rental. The price is very reasonable considering what other places are renting for and it was clean enough. The place is well supplied with dishes, pans, soap, tp, paper towels and garbage bags. Location, location, location wins it 5 stars.

4 oclock lodge

The Ritz Carlton it is not. But what it is, is a clean condo for 2, 3 or 4 people with everything you need for a few days of skiing. The Snowflake lift is a short 75 yard walk in the morning and you can literally ski to the steps of the condo using the 4 oclock run in the afternoon. The management service was nice and friendly. The nightly rate goes up the closer to the weekend you get. So skiing on a Tues, Wed, Thurs is very affordable for Breckenridge. If I come back I would look for the same place. It is comfortable, convenient, and clean without being too overpriced.

Convenient and affordable

We loved the location. Ski-in, but not quite ski-out, unfortunately. The unit is not luxurious and could use updating, but we didn't care. It was clean and comfortable. You definitely hear noise (footsteps) from upstairs neighbors, but it was quiet after dark, so no problem. I'd stay again.

Perfect for two

My wife and I stayed here for a week and the space was perfect for two people. Enough space and great location to get on and off the mountain or to walk into town.

Great location for a very reasonable price!! My only complaint is that it would be nice if they provide some of the essentials for cooking, such as salt and pepper. Every single rental we've been at provides that!

Feb ski trip

Thank goodness the condo was steps away from Snowflake lift and was ski in and had a fireplace. It was unusally cold, so these features made our stay much better! The condo had everything we needed to stay put for meals and offered a great view of the falling snow while staying cozy inside.

Great location.

There was dust on surfaces, debris on outside deck, and someones ski clothing left on chair. The furniture is too old.
We appreciate your recent review of the B-14 condo, we are so sorry to hear that you found the unit to be dusty, thank you for bringing that to our attention. Good location , easy access

We stayed here in March for a ski trip. We were very pleased with the location. Very close to ski lift and a couple blocks from town. Condo was clean but dated. We were very comfortable there and it was reasonably priced and well stocked with necessities. I would stay here again. Thanks

Good location, everything you need but needs updating.

The condo is in a great location and has most things that you need. A humidifier would be useful. The condo is in need of updating though. I thought that the kitchen crockery, pans etc. really need replacing as they have seen better days. It would also help if there were some basic supplies that could be used by guests (e.g. salt, pepper, spices etc.).
