Important Information for Your Stay:
Winter Vehicle Requirements: 4WD or AWD vehicles are essential in winter due to snow and ice on all surfaces. No refunds for improper vehicles.
High Altitude Conditions: The home is near 10,000 feet, so be prepared for high alpine environment conditions year-round.
Colorado Traction Law: From September to May 31, all drivers on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero must adhere to the traction law. Vehicles must have four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive with snow or mud+snow-rated tires, specialized winter tires, chains, or other traction devices. No refunds for improper vehicles.
Pet Policy: No pets allowed. Certified service animals are permitted. Support animals require a letter from a doctor or therapist and must be registered at the front desk upon arrival. Failure to register service or emotional support animals will result in a $150.00 per day fee plus an extra cleaning fee.

Great little place to stay.

Perfect for the two of us. Clean and easy to get to. Located within wLki g distance of town or to the free shuttles. Located on Four O’Clock run so he could ski right into the condo.

It was the worse. VERY OUTDATED

Very very small. The bed is very uncomfortable and when we arrived we had to welcome paperwork.the code to get in was wrong it was horrible very outdated. The property does not plow the snow we had hard time getting out. Worse ever

We do list the square footage of the condo so that there aren’t any surprises, it is a cute, cozy condo. We were sure to get your door code to you for the 4:00 check in. We loved the space, equipped with everything we needed! The only downside was the bed moved everytime we moved and the pillows were pretty hard, other than that everything was lovely.

Great location!!!

We destroyed decided to extend our stay because I wanted to snowboard with fresh powder. I was surprised to find this little condo at the base of P gate. A super convenient three minute walk to the chairlift and a five minute walk to Main Street. I’m kind of a small but perfect for our needs. The only thing I would suggest is getting a better bed. The bed was not mounted to the headboard so it kept sliding forward away from the wall and the pillows kept falling off. Not ideal for relaxing or watching TV. Also, if you need a firm bed, this one is anything but. It’s very soft with no support. Left me with a bit of a back ache when we left
