Ski In and Walk to the Lift

Start your ski day with a short walk across the street to the Snowflake chairlift. When snow conditions and terrain access allow, ski back to the complex from Four O’Clock Run.

Explore Beyond the Slopes

Take a short stroll down Four O’Clock Road to Main Street’s shops, restaurants, and entertainment. A nearby free bus stop provides another convenient way to explore Breckenridge.

In warmer months, enjoy walks and bike rides along the recreation path, time beside the Blue River, and events at the Riverwalk Center. There’s plenty to discover in every season.

Enjoy Pool and Hot Tub Access

Your stay includes seasonal access to the Upper Village Pool and hot tubs at 450 Village Road, approximately five blocks from the condo. Enjoy a swim or a relaxing soak after your mountain adventures. Please confirm operating dates for your stay, as the facility closes during portions of the spring and fall.

Mountain elevation: The property is near 10,000 feet. Allow time to adjust to the altitude and prepare for changing mountain weather throughout the year.

Stayed a few nights
Excellent location with a relatively short uphill walk to the Snowflake lift, and you can ski right back to the place at the end of the day. The kitchen was surprisingly well stocked and fully functional (note: no dishwasher). The host was responsive and provided clear instructions. We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend it—and return.

My son and I had a fantastic stay here. He went to ski school for the first time and the meeting location was just a ten minute walk away, so we didn’t have to worry about parking our car. He officially has the ski bug now!

stayed a few nights in this wonderful studio apartment. It was spotlessly clean and tidy, free of clutter. Stocked and useful kitchen. Easy walking distance to the main Street shops and Gondola. Ultra quiet area. high recommend this accommodation

It was the worse. VERY OUTDATED

Very very small. The bed is very uncomfortable and when we arrived we had to welcome paperwork.the code to get in was wrong it was horrible very outdated. The property does not plow the snow we had hard time getting out. Worse ever

We loved the space, equipped with everything we needed! The only downside was the bed moved everytime we moved and the pillows were pretty hard, other than that everything was lovely.

We destroyed decided to extend our stay because I wanted to snowboard with fresh powder. I was surprised to find this little condo at the base of P gate. A super convenient three minute walk to the chairlift and a five minute walk to Main Street. I’m kind of a small but perfect for our needs. The only thing I would suggest is getting a better bed. The bed was not mounted to the headboard so it kept sliding forward away from the wall and the pillows kept falling off. Not ideal for relaxing or watching TV. Also, if you need a firm bed, this one is anything but. It’s very soft with no support. Left me with a bit of a back ache when we left
