Everything we needed!

Property was clean, well maintained and a great location. It was everything we needed for our guys trip to Breck. Convenient to downtown, we walked everywhere, and shuttle pick up to the slopes is just outside. We hope to be back.

Alpen Rose and the Coronavirus

I rented the condo for the month of March. I work as a ski instructor for Breckenridge for the month of March. This is the third year I have stayed at Alpen Rose. This year I stayed 17 days and then the Coronavirus hit. The entire ski resort was closed down and the town, too. I was told that I had to leave, as I was not a resident. I caught the last shuttle down to the airport and flew back to Honolulu. I have not at this time been refunded any of my $3,500 I paid for the month. I was told there would be a refund.

Great Location

Overall we were satisfied with our stay at Alpenrose. I will say the furniture did not exactly match the pictures on the VRBO site. I gather there are several 2 BR/1 BA in the condo complex. The beds were not the most comfortable either. Other than that, we were happy with the cleanliness of the unit and complex. The kitchen was fully equipped and the bathroom was newly renovated and very nice. The management company was very professional and check-in/check-out was very easy and convenient. We were most happy with the location, only two blocks off of main street and one block away from a city park!

Great price for the location and amenities!

Loved the location as my husband and I were able to walk to everything downtown! The condo was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was recently updated. Would definitely stay here again.
